- Ability to satisfy Ontario Soccer registration, screening and Safe Sport requirements.
- Relevant certifications and training required for Senior Amateur level including: Soccer for life, Understanding the Rule of Two, Make Ethical Decisions, Making Headway in Sport (Soccer), Emergency Action Plan, etc.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Canada Soccer B Diploma or higher.
- Previous OCSL, League1 Ontario, college, university or senior amateur coaching experience.
- Experience with video analysis, opposition scouting and player recruitment.
- An established network within the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario soccer community.

- An established senior club with an ambitious new direction.
- Confirmed winter training facilities and year-round programming.
- Access to Veo match footage and analytical support.
- Meaningful influence over the development of the competitive program.
