Experience leading operational excellence, compliance, workforce development, and continuous improvement programs.
Strong understanding of control room technologies, including SCADA systems, alarm management processes, and operational performance monitoring.
Highly developed leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-risk operational environments.
