Partner with Development, Operations and Security teams to embed security requirements and operational controls into CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle processes.
Help protect our applications by supporting compliance with security standards and proactively identifying and remediating vulnerabilities and threats.
Maintain clear technical documentation, including implementation plans, operating procedures, validation checklists, troubleshooting guides and post-incident reports.
Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing and day-to-day support to Analysts and other Specialists.
Build productive relationships with internal partners, financial institutions and external service providers involved in supporting our products.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the reliability, scalability, security and overall operational performance of our services

What You Bring:

Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics or CloudWatch.
Experience working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with containerisation and container-orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of microservices, web applications, mobile applications and Java- or Node-based back-end services.
Experience across the software delivery lifecycle, including release planning, deployment, testing, monitoring, alerting, incident management and problem resolution.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code and automated deployment practices.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, with the ability to troubleshoot application and platform issues.
Experience working with relational database management systems, such as Oracle or DB2.
A good understanding of Agile delivery approaches and tools such as Jira and GitHub.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound operational decisions during incidents and escalate appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical or sensitive information to internal and external stakeholders.
A collaborative, dependable and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Technology, Operations and Security teams.
Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to create clear implementation plans, validation checklists, operating guides and post-incident reports.
The ability and willingness to participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
