Three brands. Three stages of growth. One small team.
Most marketing roles give you one brand and one lane. This one puts you across three businesses at very different stages, running the programs that bring each of them to the people who matter.
About Intercap
Intercap is a venture builder and long-term holding company backed by more than $2B in permanent capital. We own and operate a portfolio companies, including .inc, .box, Breeze, and we build businesses where identity, infrastructure, and financial systems meet.
The role
You’ll run marketing programs across three of our portfolio companies:
- .inc, a premium domain registrar for founders and ambitious businesses
- .box, a Web3-enabled domain registrar
- Breeze, a creator funding business
This is a broad seat on a small team. You’ll take programs from brief to live, working alongside our creative lead and agency partners. If you enjoy variety, ownership of your work, and momentum, you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll own
Influencer and creator marketing
- Act as the main point of contact for our influencer agency
- Help set creator briefs across all three brands
- Keep programs on schedule
- Review creator content against our messaging and brand standards before it goes live
Earned media
- Build relationships with the journalists and writers who cover founders and small business
- Develop and pitch story angles worth telling: real PR, not the press-release mill
- Prepare our founders for interviews and the conversations that follow
Events
- Plan and run our event presence for all three brands, from first brief through execution
- Make sure every event delivers more than photos: leads, partnerships, content, or coverage
Partnerships
- Help find and evaluate brand partners who are a genuine fit for each brand
- Help shape agreements that work for both sides
- Help manage relationships so everyone involved comes out looking better
- Help support registrar partnerships
Customer experience
- Review and route Domain Concierge tickets for .inc and .box (we treat support as a brand touchpoint, not a help desk)
- Spot where customers get stuck and consolidate their feedback
- Work with the product team to streamline the support process
- Bring customer insights back into marketing
Content
- Write and produce content for the programs you run, against direction set by our creative lead
- Handle copy for event materials, creator and partner briefs, press materials, and social and campaign support
- Write quickly and cleanly, in a voice that sounds like the brand
AI in your workflow
We’re curious about how you use AI day to day: what you’ve built, what it replaced, and where you still want a human looking at the output.
What you bring
- 4–6 years in marketing, with good depth in influencer, earned media, or events, and some comfort across the rest
- Experience managing an agency or external partner against a scope and budget, and the confidence to say when something isn’t right yet
- Hands-on event experience, so you know where events tend to go sideways
- Strong, fast writing and a sharp eye for detail: typos, broken links, a half-formatted deck
- Comfort with shifting priorities, since attention moves around our portfolio often and this role moves with it
Agency experience translates well here, and so does time on a small team where you wore a lot of hats.
How success is measured
- Programs that run smoothly and return something we can point to
- Earned coverage and creator work that land on message
- Events that produce more than photos
- Support handled without anything slipping
Six months in, there should be a body of work that’s clearly yours.
Why join us
- Three brands, one role. Exposure to three businesses at three different stages.

Compensation and benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

- Final interview with senior leadership
