What You’ll Do

• Leadership: Mentor and develop the electrical team to achieve high standards.
  
• Operations: Oversee daily electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  
• Optimization: Implement process improvements to maximize plant efficiency and reliability.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues.
  
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

What You Offer

•  Experience: Minimum 5 years as an industrial electrician, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in PLCs, automation systems, and troubleshooting complex equipment.
  
• Education: Interprovincial electrical license or post-secondary education is an asset.
  
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
