We are hiring for a casual Social Worker at Penticton Regional Hospital.
Casual shifts may be available in a variety of health care and social work settings. Casual means that hours are not guaranteed and may vary depending upon operational needs. Shifts may be called out in advance and/or a short notice.
Days of Work: Rotating (varies as needed)
Shift times: 08:00 to 16:00

About The Position
In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessment, care planning and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. Working collaboratively with other health care providers and the multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct psychosocial care, counseling and group work, system navigation and advocacy, education and linkage to relevant specialized complex care resources while facilitating client self management. This position is responsible for providing and developing social work services to maintain or improve the health and social well-being and functioning of the identified population.
