General Labourer/Transloader

Main Job Responsibilities including but not limited to: Including but not limited to:

• 
  Loading and unloading of goods using forklift, articulated loaders and other equipment
• 
  Abiding by yard rules, safety regulations and PPE requirements
• 
  Accurately completing all required paperwork
• 
  Abide by terminals processes and procedures relating to product transfers, quality assurance, safety and operations
• 
  Complete required training and certifications necessary to perform duties safely and effectively
• 
  Loading/Unloading, Tying/Untying Loads
• 
  Working at heights, up to 15’
• 
  Required training will be provided

Candidate Profile:

• 
  High school or GED equivalent
• 
  MUST have valid drivers license;
• 
  Forklift and crane experience an asset
• 
  Railway experience an asset
• 
  Able to lift up to 50 lbs; physically fit
• 
  Able to work shift work, holidays and weekends
• 
  Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as Criminal Background Check

  Able to work 12hr shifts, night’s/weekends, shift work

  Opportunity for overtime,

  Time and a half after 80hrs
