- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps (MDA)
- Strong Power Pages / Power Apps experience
- Hands-on Power Automate experience
- Strong Microsoft Azure Services experience
- Experience with Azure Attachment/Blob Storage
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Azure Storage for Attachment Management with Dynamics 365
- Experience designing/configuring Portal Applications
- Experience with User Access & Profile Management
- Experience implementing Role-Based Data Access Controls
- C# plugin development, custom workflow activities and custom connectors
- Dynamics 365 case management, forms, views, dashboards, queues, routing and Business Process Flows
- Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, Key Vault and App Insights
- Dataverse, SQL, Azure DevOps and Power BI
- Azure AD/IAM, authentication, security and encryption
- KingswaySoft and Oracle-to-Dataverse migration
- ETL, data integration and SharePoint integration
- Testing, QA, ALM/DevOps and deployment
- AODA / WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- OPS/third-party service integration
