🚨 Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Ontario Public Service
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite
📅 Closing Date: September 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM
🔑 Key Requirements- At least 6 years of overall experience in IT industry
- 3+ years of experience working on complex UX projects
• Strong experience with user-centred design, responsive and mobile-first design
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience creating prototypes, user flows, personas, storyboards and user research deliverables
• Experience with Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin or similar UX tools
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance testing is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and business stakeholders
Experience across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live delivery phases, particularly within government or public-sector environments, is highly valuable.

Responsibilities
Design user-centred experiences for complex digital projects, including responsive and mobile-first solutions, prototypes, user flows, personas, and storyboards. Conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, and contribute across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live delivery phases.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of overall IT experience and three or more years working on complex UX projects, with strong user-centred design, research, usability testing, and Agile/Scrum experience. Candidates should be proficient with UX design tools and have strong stakeholder, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; accessibility testing experience is an advantage.
