Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) Program
📍 Location: Ontario, Canada – Hybrid (up to 3 days onsite, as required)
⏳ Contract Duration
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience in electronic health-related projects.
- Mandatory public-sector experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience with business process modeling, use case modeling, data flow modeling, and business rules definition.
- Knowledge of project management concepts, including scope, risk, planning, and quality management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), business cases, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to define business needs.
- Lead meetings, manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support EHR planning and change management activities.
- Develop business analysis documentation, processes, and best practices.
