Hiring: Senior Business Analyst
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (5 Days Onsite)
📅 Contract Duration
Mandatory Requirement:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies and business strategies.
- Perform business process re-engineering, business process mapping and functional modelling.
- Facilitate JAD sessions and develop UML models, screen designs and UI mockups.
- Utilize CASE tools and tools such as Balsamiq for business and technical documentation.
- Document system functional requirements, business architecture and logical architecture artifacts.
- Prepare Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Threat Risk Assessments (TRA).
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
