📢 Now Hiring: Audio Visual & Video Conferencing Trainer | Ontario Public Sector (OPS)
📍 Location: Onsite, 5 days a week
We are seeking an experienced AV & Video Conferencing Technical Trainer to support Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Deliver onsite and virtual training to end users.
🔹 Develop training manuals, user guides, and interactive e-learning modules.
🔹 Create and evaluate training programs based on user needs.
🔹 Support GUI design reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
🔹 Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instructions.
Must-Have Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of adult training experience.
✅ 5+ years of audio and video conferencing technology experience.
✅ Hands-on knowledge of AV hardware, cameras, displays, microphones, audio amplification, and touch panel controllers.
✅ Experience with Adobe Captivate and e-learning development.
✅ Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
✅ Knowledge of AODA accessibility requirements.
✅ Public sector experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements
