  • Perform system testing for new releases, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes, including UAT and regression testing activities.

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Evaluate new Workday functionality and emerging HR technologies, recommending opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience.

  • Support implementation projects, system upgrades, integration activities, deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization.

  • Develop end-user training materials, knowledge articles, process documentation, and standard operating procedures while supporting change management initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, payroll systems, or enterprise business applications.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday is strongly preferred; experience with Dayforce, Paradox, or comparable HR platforms is considered an asset.
