Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary Iris representative and point of contact for the client initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional Iris team spanning architecture, design, development, and QA.
- Translate business and user needs (of RMs and related personas) into AI-native product capabilities.
- Guide technical architecture and integration decisions across existing banking applications, services, and data sources.
- Own delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with client stakeholders to shape roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Banking domain, including typical RM workflows, tools, and pain points.
- Experience with, or exposure to, the capabilities and systems commonly used by commercial banking personas (e.g., CRM, credit/lending platforms, servicing tools, data/reporting systems).
- Solid technical background across architecture, application design, and development (hands-on or hands-on-adjacent), with working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled product capabilities.
- Proven experience leading technical teams through full project lifecycles (discovery through delivery).
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving structure/clarity for a team and client.
