Position: Business Analyst (with Broadridge)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)
Must have:
- 5–8 years of Capital Markets experience in Middle Office and Back Office roles.
- Hands-on experience with FSD and Solution Documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and analysis using RDBMS and/or non-RDBMS queries.
- Experience with Agile sprint ceremonies and Waterfall methodology.
- Knowledge of Broadridge Back Office application: BPS / IMPACT, and/or GLOSS.
Good to have:
- Experience with DTC/CDS for Clearing and/or Settlement.

Responsibilities
Analyze capital markets processes and data, with a focus on middle-office and back-office operations. Prepare functional and solution documentation and support delivery through Agile sprint ceremonies or Waterfall methodology.
Requirements
Requires 5–8 years of capital markets experience in middle-office and back-office roles, hands-on functional and solution documentation, and data extraction and analysis using relational and/or non-relational queries. Candidates should have experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery and knowledge of Broadridge BPS/IMPACT and/or GLOSS; DTC/CDS clearing or settlement experience is an asset.
