Position: Business System Analyst (Banking domain)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)
Key Skills:
- Experience working with business Product Owner and act as liaison between business and IT delivery team.
- Able to write user stories, develop process flows, functional specifications, update Jira backlog, run backlog refinement sessions, define system functionalities, and run scrums sessions as backup SM as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skills are essential.
- Knowledge of SQL and Investor Services domain background is good to have but not mandatory

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the business Product Owner and IT delivery team, translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Manage and refine the Jira backlog, facilitate scrum sessions as needed, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to support seamless delivery.
Requirements
