Title: DevOps Platform Engineer (Terraform/EKS)
Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week)

10+ years of Experience in DevOps Platform Engineer (Terraform/EKS)
Ideal Candidate will be a blend of Platform Engineer, DevOps / Software Engineer. Someone who can write code in the morning, build Terraform modules in the afternoon, troubleshoot EKS networking in the evening, and continuously improve the platform without being asked. This role will be required to be in the Toronto office to work with the team 3-4x/week.
Additionally, the candidate would be able to perform the following:
- Improve CI/CD reliability and deployment velocity.
- Expand self-service platform capabilities.
- Standardize GitOps and infrastructure automation patterns.
- Reduce operational toil through automation.
- Improve platform observability and operational excellence.
- Establish reusable platform templates and deployment blueprints.
- Enable teams to consume platform services with minimal manual intervention
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and proactively execute improvements.
- Collaborate effectively across platform, security, architecture, and application teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1o+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps experience.
- Strong software development experience in Python.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Strong hands-on experience with ArgoCD.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins.
