Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 4 days a week in office)Domain: Banking/FinancialDuration: Long-term contract
- 6+ years of professional software development experience building web applications and backend services.
- Strong Angular (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend) experience; proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
- Message-based systems (Kafka) and in-memory stores (Redis).
- Relational databases (Postgres/SQL) and schema design.
- Containerizing and running apps in cloud platforms and PaaS (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes preferred).
- API specifications and tooling (OpenAPl/Swagger); troubleshooting and testing APls.
- CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience with authentication and authorization protocols Auth2.0, JWT, OIDC) and certificate management.
