Iris Software is hiring L3 Production Support .Net multinational investment banking and financial services corporations. Our client is world-leading financial services companies, provides consumers, corporations, governments, and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products.
Hiring: L3 Production Support .Net
Location: Toronto, Canada
Multiple Years - Long-Term Opportunity
What We're Looking For
- Operations/support role
- Deep understanding of Distributed systems
- Strong experience in production support, from analyzing issues, identifying root cause to developing & implementing fixes to resolve the issue
- Experience with .NET-based applications
- Contribute to end-to-end software development activities including:
- Coding and code reviews
- Unit and integration testing
- Deployment and release management
- Proficient with SQL databases
- Proficiency with RESTful API design, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Experience remediating vulnerabilities (SAST, DAST, server)
- Strong communication skills
- Team collaboration skills, but still able to work independently
- Pager support
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot

Responsibilities

Requirements
