Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Program Manager for a long-term opportunity.

Job Title: Program Manager
Duration: Long term Contract
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3-4 days onsite/Week)

Must have:
- Need a strong program manager to manage a large Project of 30M +
Must have strong acumen for:
- Number Management-> Forecasting, reporting, balancings etc
- Stakeholder Management -> Go Getter, C-level communications and presentations, articulation skill to put right point forward, etc
- Task Management - track Milestones, eliminate hurdles in the delivery path, get things done from multiple multi-level stakeholders
- Excellent Communication skills

Responsibilities
Manage a large-scale program with a budget exceeding $30 million, overseeing financial forecasting, reporting, and budget balancing. Coordinate stakeholders across multiple levels, communicate with C-level leaders, track milestones, and remove obstacles to keep delivery on track.
Requirements
The role requires strong program management experience and the ability to manage a large project valued at more than $30 million. Candidates must demonstrate financial acumen, executive-level stakeholder communication, effective task and milestone management, and excellent communication skills.
