Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Program Manager a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid).

Position: Program Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term (12+ Months)
Must have:
- Over 10 years of project/program management experience
- Strong communication skills, experience with IT projects, working with senior stakeholders
- Strong background in project planning, RAID, financials, change requests, etc.
- Experience in Canadian banks
Nice to have:
- Experienced with AI-DLC, AI-native programs
- Experienced with vendors/vendor delivery models
