Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in ON, CA is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead for a Long Term Contract opportunity.
Location: Hybrid Mississauga, ON – 4 days/week
JOB DESCRIPTION
- 8+ years Salesforce development - Apex, LWC, SLDS, Flows, SOQL optimization
- 3+ years on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - deep knowledge of the data model (Accounts, Relationships, Financial Accounts, Policies) sharing and visibility
- Insurance domain experience - policy lifecycle, claims, producer management, or similar
- Hands-on CI/CD: SFDX, Git, and at least one of Flosum / Copado / Gearset
- Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, idempotency, retry patterns, event streams
- Experience leading technical delivery - setting standards, owning quality, mentoring developers
- Strong unit testing discipline (meaningful assertions, not just coverage %)
- GenAl tools: Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering
