Position: Sr Site Reliability Engineer /DevOps Engineer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract role (12+ Months)

Required Skills:

• Monitor and support applications across Unix/Linux, WebSphere, OpenShift and cloud environments.
• Use MongoDB and SQL to investigate data issues and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Manage enterprise job scheduling and workload automation using Stonebranch or similar tools.
• Monitor mainframe batch jobs and file transfers, investigate failures and coordinate resolution.
• Develop scripts and automate recurring operational tasks.
• Respond to PagerDuty alerts, troubleshoot incidents and participate in on-call support.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and maintain service availability.
• Cloud Orchestration tools (AWS Step functions, Containers, Apache Airflow) with special focus on Data Batch Processing and Pipelines
• Deep knowledge in Data Management.
• Experience in Logs ingestion (AWS Firehose, DT Open Pipeline), Reporting and Dashboard tools, Operational Metrics and analytics
• Exceptional Problem Solving skills, Knowledge Management and effective communicator that can speak the language of people, process and technology.
