Position: Technical Project Manager

Location: Toronto ON

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, application enhancement, and modernization projects within Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets organizations.
Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Drive execution of complex technology programs involving enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and document management solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, data teams, and product stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead application modernization initiatives involving legacy system transformation, platform upgrades, API integrations, and digital transformation efforts.
Manage data-driven projects involving data migration, data integration, reporting, analytics, and information management initiatives.
Establish project governance processes, maintain project plans, track milestones, and provide status updates to senior leadership and business sponsors.
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints, and proactively drive mitigation and resolution plans.
Ensure projects are delivered using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies while maintaining quality, compliance, and delivery standards.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and delivery roadmaps.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and executive communication to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
