Position: Test Lead/Manager (Banking domain)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute functional testing activities across Project RISE.
- Implement front-loaded testing to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
- Utilize Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Leverage Power BI to develop testing dashboards and track quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for testing process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and the Test Management Office (TMO).
- Support integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or Senior QA Lead.
- Expertise in functional testing, test execution, and defect management.
- Strong Jira knowledge and Power BI experience.
- Experience implementing testing process improvements.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management and financial products, including stocks, bonds, equities, and investment-related workflows.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale Financial Services transformation programs preferred.
