About the Role
Our direct end client which is one of the multinational investment bank and financial services company is urgently looking to hire Test Manager / Test Lead – Wealth Management (Functional Testing) - Downtown Toronto (Hybrid). This is a Contract opportunity.

Downtown Toronto (Hybrid/ 3 days office & 2 days work from home)
Nature of Contract – Contract Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Test Manager / Test Lead with strong expertise in Functional Testing, including Regression Testing, UAT, and Defect Tracking, to support a large Wealth Management transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end functional testing activities.
- Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
- Drive regression testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect management.
- Utilize Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Build and maintain quality dashboards and metrics using Power BI.
- Identify and implement testing process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and project leadership.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or Senior QA Lead.
- Wealth Management domain experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and Defect Tracking.
- Expertise in Jira and experience with Power BI reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading testing efforts within large-scale financial services programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of investment products such as stocks, bonds, equities, and wealth management workflows.
- Experience driving testing best practices and quality governance.
