Title: Test Manager/Test Lead with Wealth Management Experience

Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week)

Description:

  • 10+ years of Experience in Test Manager / Test Lead

BMO Wealth Management is seeking a hands-on Test Manager / Test Lead with strong functional testing experience and Wealth Management domain knowledge to support Project RISE.

The ideal candidate will lead testing activities while remaining actively involved in test execution, defect management, reporting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute functional testing activities across Project RISE.

  • Implement front-loaded testing to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
  • Utilize Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Leverage Power BI to develop testing dashboards and track quality metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for testing process improvement and automation.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and the Test Management Office (TMO).
  • Support integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
  • Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience as a Test Manager, Test Lead, or Senior QA Lead.
  • Expertise in functional testing, test execution, and defect management.
  • Strong Jira knowledge and Power BI experience.
  • Experience implementing testing process improvements.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management and financial products, including stocks, bonds, equities, and investment-related workflows.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Financial Services transformation programs preferred.
