This full-time Assistant Manager opportunity is part of a planned succession strategy, providing mentorship and leadership development with the goal of transitioning into the Practice Manager role in our Campbell River location.

Responsibilities
Support the practice team and motivate staff while delivering excellent patient and customer care and meeting personal sales goals. Help drive business success through an understanding of sales targets and budgets, while developing leadership skills in preparation for a potential transition to Practice Manager.
Requirements
The role seeks an experienced optician ready to take the next step into practice management. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service and sales ability, organizational and time-management skills, team motivation, financial understanding, and proficiency with iOS and Microsoft platforms.
