Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable legislation and regulations.
Perform other related duties consistent with the scope and level of the position.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience safely operating heavy construction machinery and equipment in an active construction environment.
Relevant equipment certifications or demonstrated competency operating equipment such as telehandlers, counterbalance forklifts, skid steers, excavators, loaders, or other construction equipment, as applicable to the position.
Strong knowledge of equipment operation, workplace safety requirements, and safe work practices.

Able and willing to work in an active construction site environment, including outdoors in varying weather and climate conditions, with exposure to dust, dirt, mud, noise, vibration, debris, moving equipment, and other typical construction site conditions.
Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate safely and professionally with supervisors and other site personnel.
Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
