Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.
Strong understanding of applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation, regulations, and safe work practices.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to learn and use construction management software and mobile technology.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and coordinate construction crews.
