Maintain and administer information management systems and project tools, including SharePoint and Azure DevOps, while collecting, tracking, and reporting data to support operational and project requirements.
Coordinate and deliver project documentation, process access and system requests, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely and effective communication across stakeholders.
Provide administrative and project support through meeting coordination, document and presentation development, minute-taking, and collaboration with Administrative Assistants and project teams to support successful program execution.

Qualifications

0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient to expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Microsoft Project, or similar project planning/management tool experience.
Comfortable with learning new technology/tools required to support the Program/Project.
