Monitor compliance with Information Management policies, standards, and procedures, and identify gaps requiring corrective or preventive action.
Support audit readiness activities by validating information controls, access structures, and retention mechanisms against regulatory and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure information lifecycle requirements are embedded into operational workflows.
Contribute to the development of process documentation, work instructions, and training materials to support effective adoption of IM practices.
Track and maintain documented stakeholder requirements, perform ongoing gap analyses against governance requirements, and manage exceptions through designated resolution pathways to ensure compliance issues have clear ownership, timelines, and formal closure.
