Identify and drive metrics and KPIs within the control account management framework, contributing to overall program excellence.
Facilitate program-level organizational improvements, including process redesign, tool enhancements, and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision making.
Serve as the central liaison between the Program Team and Project Controls, ensuring effective communication and integration of control account management practices.
Monitor compliance with EVM standards, internal governance requirements, and contractual obligations.
