We’re recruiting a Business Partner, Projects & Planning to support strategic initiatives, project coordination and organizational change across the business. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who can take complex information, connect the dots and help teams turn business priorities into action.
💰 Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year
📍 Location: Surrey, BC
What Youâll Be Doing
Strategic & Business Planning
- Partner with stakeholders to support strategic and business planning initiatives
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Facilitate collaborative planning sessions and help ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Coordinate monthly updates with executives to support business outcomes
Project & Change Management
- Support the initiation, planning and coordination of cross-functional projects
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, risks, deliverables, budgets and timelines
- Coordinate vendor communications and project activities
- Support issue resolution, escalations and risk mitigation
- Contribute to change management, training and process mapping initiatives
- Develop clear communications for planning, projects and organizational change
Collaboration & Communication
- Build strong relationships across teams to encourage alignment and problem solving
- Manage cross-functional meetings, agendas, calendars and action items
- Translate complex information into clear, effective presentations and communications
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, project management, process mapping, change management and/or corporate communications
- Degree or certification in Business, Commerce, Technology, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and turn it into actionable insights
- A passion for connecting people, processes and projects to drive organizational success
- Experience with software evaluation and selection is an asset
