Assure training and maintaining qualification of control room operators conducting launch operations in accordance with internal training plans and regulatory requirements
Assure operational readiness in terms of site, equipment and resources for each launch campaign
Assure operations are prepared, conducted and documented in compliance to Isar’s quality and safety standards as well as with applicable safety regulations
Serve as the local PoC for all operational topics towards the launch site operator and other internal and external stakeholders
Develop succession, capability-building and workforce plans to ensure the long-term readiness and resilience of the local organization.
