What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Web Analytics Consultant who lives for web statistics, numbers, and spreadsheets. If you know how to and enjoy leveraging data (Digital Analytics) to elevate business intelligence and contribute to defining our clients' digital strategies and tactics with our team of strategists, we want to meet you!

You will be responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving performance reports based on our clients' objectives. As a specialist, you will make recommendations based on web metrics analysis to guide our clients in their strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally (strategy, design, development teams, etc.) and externally (clients), throughout web, mobile, or social projects. Your role will also include promoting the benefits of web analytics to these stakeholders.

Your mission will be to help companies improve the measurement of their web performance by implementing tracking and analysis solutions on their websites and mobile applications.

Job Tasks And Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to:

Participate in the implementation of measurement tools, including writing integration instructions.
Develop measurement strategies (the data that is collected and how it is organized).
Set up measurement tools for websites and apps, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
Define goals and performance indicators (KPIs).
Produce analysis reports and provide regular recommendations.
Collaborate with the internal team of digital and content strategists.

Required Qualifications And Characteristics

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

Between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
A solid technical understanding of measurement tool implementation, with previous participation in similar projects or activities.
Practical experience with Google Analytics.
Technical skills with measurement tools such as Google Tag Manager.
Experience in writing implementation guides.
Ease in preparing and presenting deliverables produced within your functions.
The ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Great rigor, meticulous attention to detail, a quick mind, strong autonomy, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
Good knowledge of current trends and technological developments.
A university degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience with the implementation of e-commerce sites (an asset).
Experience with the BigQuery solution and a general understanding of database concepts (an asset).
Excellent command of French, both oral and written, is required for this position.

Tu auras l'opportunité de:

Participer à la mise en place d’outils de mesure, y compris la rédaction des instructions d’intégration;

Une solide compréhension technique de l’implémentation des outils de mesure, avec une participation préalable à des projets ou activités similaires;
De l’expérience pratique avec Google Analytics;
Des compétences techniques avec des outils de mesure comme Google Tag Manager;
De l’expérience dans la rédaction de guides d’implémentation;
Une aisance à préparer et à présenter les livrables produits dans le cadre de tes fonctions;
La capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations professionnelles solides avec les clients et collègues;
