* Analyze and improve business processes through process re-engineering and optimization.
* Develop business process models, use cases, data flows, and functional requirements.
* Translate business and data requirements into technical specifications.
* Create screen designs, user interface mockups, and requirements traceability matrices.
* Work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and support solution delivery.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
* Previous Government experience is mandatory.
* Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
* Hands-on experience with business process modelling and process re-engineering.
* Experience with JAD, UML, CASE tools, and user interface mockups (Balsamiq preferred).
* Experience working with Document Management Systems and/or CRM platforms.

* Experience working in Agile and structured project environments.
