Seeking a Senior Business / Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level business and application architecture initiatives. The successful candidate will lead business process design, solution architecture, technology integration, and enterprise solution delivery. Previous Government experience is mandatory. Oracle Siebel experience is strongly preferred.

Seeking a Senior Business / Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level business and application architecture initiatives. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of business, application, and solution architecture models and documentation.
* Develop business architecture artefacts, process maps, and BPMN models.
* Lead workshops to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
* Design enterprise-scale solutions, including application integrations, security, and privacy.
* Evaluate technology options based on cost, compatibility, scalability, and industry best practices.
* Provide architectural leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
* Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Threat Risk Assessments (TRA).
* Present architecture recommendations and support enterprise architecture approvals.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* 10+ years of enterprise business and application architecture experience.
* Previous Government experience is mandatory.
* Strong experience developing business and application architecture artefacts.
* Hands-on experience with business process mapping, and process optimization.
* Experience designing enterprise-scale COTS/SaaS solutions; Oracle Siebel preferred.
* Strong understanding of solution design, system integrations, security, and privacy.
* Knowledge of the Zachman Framework and enterprise architecture principles.
* Experience with PIA, TRA, and Agile delivery environments.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
* Business Architecture: Business architecture artefacts, BPMN, process modelling, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation.
* Technical / Solution Architecture: Application architecture, enterprise solution design, security, privacy, and Oracle Siebel/COTS experience.
* Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Architecture governance, stakeholder presentations, PIA, and TRA.
* Soft Skills: Agile experience, communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
