We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience developing technology roadmaps, leading enterprise architecture initiatives, and designing complex cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will provide strategic technology recommendations, lead application portfolio management, assess technology risks, and work with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Previous Government experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop short-, medium-, and long-term technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture strategies.
* Assess IT portfolios and recommend technology improvements and modernization initiatives.
* Consult with business and technical stakeholders to identify architecture requirements and opportunities.
* Lead the design of complex cloud-based solutions and cross-platform technology integrations.
* Drive application portfolio management initiatives, tools, and processes.
* Identify, measure, and develop strategies to mitigate technology risks and technical debt.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Support senior executives with technology strategy and investment planning.
* Lead architecture discussions, stakeholder presentations, and technology roadmap implementation.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly Technical Application Architecture.
* Previous Government experience is mandatory.
* Strong experience developing enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps.
* Hands-on experience designing complex cloud-based solutions.
* Experience with application portfolio management and modernization initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of technology risk management and technical debt assessment.
* Experience with digital identities and/or digital credentials.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, security, and integration best practices.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
