Technical Skills
Project Manager/Leader - Senior
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including at least 7 years leading complex IT projects.
Proven experience independently managing large-scale, high-risk initiatives from planning through implementation and close-out.
Demonstrated accountability for project budgets, schedules, scope, resource planning, risks, and deliverables.
Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams with competing priorities.
Proven ability to advise senior executives, facilitate steering committees, resolve escalated issues, and influence strategic decisions.
Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, organizational change, and interdependent technology systems.

Technical Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience planning and coordinating the modernization of complex, multi-platform IT systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements management, technical issue resolution, and JAD facilitation.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Planview.
Proven ability to oversee project plans, technical documentation, migration strategies, and SDLC deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
