PeopleSoft Functional/Quality Assurance Lead - Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior functional expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the functional design and delivery of the project.
- Provide functional advice to clients and team leveraging their PeopleSoft HCM functional knowledge to meet project Human Capital Management functional knowledge to meet goals and objectives ensuring efficiency. - Provide specialized PeopleSoft HCM Functional expertise in leading the analysis, design and configuration.
- Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, tools and structure methodology, including defect tracking and handling.
Provides specialized PeopleSoft HCM technical expertise in leading the testing enterprise HR/Payroll system
Skills Experience and Skill Set Requirements
- Strong Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll business functions especially as it related to the Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM applications and integration points, e.g. fluid, PUM upgrade, PS tools upgrade, including onboarding, benefits enrolment and life event management
- Experience leading functional teams to perform analysis, design and configuration for entire project lifecycle.
- Experience leading functional tests, system integration, load, performance, user acceptance, and payroll parallel testing for the PeopleSoft HCM application
- Experience with quality assurance principles, practices, tools and structure methodology, including defect tracking and handling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; organizational, creativity and perseverance skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of Project Management's Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge
