  • PeopleSoft Senior Systems Analyst
    Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week
    Position Overview
    We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with strong PeopleSoft HCM expertise to support system enhancements, upgrades, modernization, and production operations.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze business requirements and recommend PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
    • Lead systems analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
    • Support PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades, PUM, and Classic Plus-to-Fluid modernization.
    • Support core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labour, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
    • Evaluate technical options and recommend system enhancements.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and support system stability.
    • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and maintain system documentation.
    Mandatory Qualifications
    • Previous Public Sector experience.
    • Strong PeopleSoft HCM systems analysis and design experience.
    • Hands-on experience with PUM, PeopleTools upgrades, and Fluid/Classic Plus modernization.
    • Experience with Absence Management, Time and Labour, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
    • Knowledge of the full systems development lifecycle, including testing and implementation.
    • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
    On-site Requirement: Must be available to work on-site five days per week. No remote or hybrid option.
