We're working with a client in Toronto seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple Agile teams and vendor partners.

We're working with a client in Toronto seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple Agile teams and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day delivery across Agile PODs, development teams, QA teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, defects, testing activities, and release readiness.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution.
- Partner closely with architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.
What We're Looking For: - Strong background leading complex technology delivery initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes.
