📢 Hiring: Senior QA / Test Specialist

We are looking for an experienced QA / Test Specialist with 10+ years of enterprise software testing experience to support large-scale systems and complex testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, performance, stress, and load testing.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing.
  • Develop automation using Selenium, Postman, UFT, TestComplete, or similar tools.
  • Track and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Bugzilla, etc.
  • Validate backend data using SQL/Oracle and perform data reconciliation/integrity testing.
  • Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • Ensure compliance with AODA/accessibility standards and QA best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of software testing experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong manual + automated testing experience.
  • AODA / WCAG testing experience.
  • Selenium or Postman.
  • JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools.
  • JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
  • Strong SQL/Oracle and backend/data validation experience.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, Azure or AWS is an asset.
  • Public-sector / OPS QA standards and practices experience is an asset.
