Schedule Requirements

• Open availability required

• Shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:15 p.m.

• Evenings, weekends, and general holidays required

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and help them find their favourite bakery products.

• Package, price, and display breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

• Take customer calls and process bakery orders.

• Keep bakery displays and work areas clean, stocked, and organized.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

• Support the bakery team and provide friendly, helpful customer service.

Please note: This position involves preparing and packaging bakery products but does not include baking.

What We are looking for

• Previous customer service experience (one year preferred).

• Strong communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting.

• Occasional pushing and pulling of carts and working briefly in coolers or freezers.
