Build containerized unit-testing frameworks and leverage AI-assisted test generation to improve engineering productivity.
Provide architectural guidance for business units and products built around large-scale data pipelines.
Ensure solutions meet data quality, security, governance, scalability, and reliability standards.
Mentor engineers and provide architecture guidance across multiple development teams.
Build strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Business, and Architecture teams.
Organize and lead Architecture Community of Practice (CoP) sessions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, documentation, development workflows, and architecture standards.
Support cloud capacity planning and cost optimization initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-priority production issues across Java applications and data platforms.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide regular updates on accomplishments, risks, and impediments.
Stay current with industry trends in Java, cloud architecture, data engineering, Kafka, AI, and event-driven systems.

Required Technical Skills
