Role Description The Elementary School Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Qatar involves planning daily instructional activities, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage student behavior, and foster social and emotional development. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues and school leadership, communicating regularly with families, preparing teaching materials, and participating in school events and professional development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience working with young learners.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills to plan, adapt, and implement effective lesson plans and learning activities.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Education skills to collaborate with colleagues, engage families, and support student growth.
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure for elementary education, and a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Classroom management abilities, cultural awareness, and the capacity to work effectively in a diverse, multilingual environment.
- Experience with differentiated instruction, use of educational technology, and English-language proficiency; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
