Sunbury Transport Limited is innovative and highly responsive transportation solution company. Specializing in intermodal, over-dimensional flatbed and cross-border shipments, we are always ready to tackle the biggest challenge and provide the best value. At Sunbury we recognize the importance of a strong team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination and support of our professional drivers, contributing to the overall efficiency of our transportation operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule the movement of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and real-time support.
Monitor and track truck locations and shipment statuses, addressing any delays or issues.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document communications.
Respond to and resolve emergencies, accidents, or incidents during shifts.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Support drivers with route planning, fueling, and other logistical needs.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education; a focus in supply chain or logistics is an asset.
Demonstrates ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
Strong team player who’s comfortable working independently or with others, and easily adjusts to different work styles and environments.
Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think critically and adapt strategies to achieve results
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Availability to work night shifts
