Perform period-end reporting, reconciliation activities, and analysis to support timely and accurate financial close.
Identify opportunities for process improvements related to reporting and forecasting.
Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership.
Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining financial policies, procedures, and documentation.

Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA designation or near completion (or 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role) required.
3 to 5+ years of experience in accounting or a financial analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with financial audits, Cognos TM1, government contracts, or payroll (all considered assets).
Experience working with financial shared services (AP, AR, Treasury, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
