Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join our Maintenance Team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Red Seal Industrial Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you will:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Install, align, rebuild, and replace mechanical equipment and components
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
- Perform welding and fabrication work as required
- Participate in plant shutdowns and major maintenance projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification
- Journeyperson status in good standing
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset
